This is GLE-003 by \u201cGilberto, Jesus, Marcos y Francisco\u201d so I\u2019m not sure where to review this under. Regardless:<\/p>

Nose: Magic. Wow. Stone fruit, apricot, manzano banana, spice cake, custard, meringue, green peppers, mesquite wood, agave trunk, subtle smoke. The complexity of the flavors tells you right away that this is something special.
Palate: Rock candy, green peppers, minerals, spice cake, vanilla custard, apple bananas, 5-flavor pound cake. Sweet and savory at the same time.
Finish: Lingering taste of minerality and river rocks that stays with you.<\/p>

This reminds me of a cross between El Jolgorio\u2019s Coyote and Lamata\u2019s Tepemete. Well worth purchasing the bottle.<\/p><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Nose: opening the bottle does not invade the whole room with too pronounced a smokiness, a certain complexity emerges behind the agave, and untangles after a few minutes. Vegetal notes, a very fatty earth, a subtle touch of citrus (yellow lemon).
It is balanced, not too exuberant.
Palate: the first sip, as often, gives pride of place to the cooked agave. But very quickly, the olive appears, a little funky side emerges. On the second sip, the tip of the tongue reminds me of strawberry, or rather the slightly green strawberry tail, but also notes of vegetables, and peppers. The pepper will gradually assert itself.
Finish: The agave is there, a very light smokiness, and the pepper seems to be replaced by a slightly spicy version of a jalape\u00f1o \u2013 which I had never encountered before.

Lote 3.4 LAMP. Big and robust aromas of green pepper, jalapeno, masa, sea salt, and cream of corn. The palate is equally as punctuated. Tasting notes of green pepper and jalapeno, mirroring the nose. Additional tasting notes of soy sauce, teriyaki, fried rice, leather, gunpowder, hot stone, and a touch of parmesan. This is a phenomenal experience, and something I\u2019d reach of over and over again.<\/p><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
